Is parking available at Demo Hotel?
Yes, we offer on-site parking for our guests. Spaces are limited and subject to availability on arrival. Please contact us in advance if you are arriving by car.
Do you accept children and provide extra beds or baby cots?
Children are welcome at Demo Hotel. Baby cots or extra beds can be provided in selected room types for an extra charge. Please let us know your needs when you make your reservation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards as well as cash payments at reception. For non-refundable bookings, payment may be taken in advance using the card details provided during the reservation.
Policies
Cancellation & no-show: Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Check-in / check-out: Check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an extra charge.
Smoking: Demo Hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in the rooms may result in an additional cleaning fee.
Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, except certified service animals with prior notice.
Quiet hours: Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or hotel property during their stay and may be charged accordingly.
Payment: Payment can be made by major credit/debit cards or cash at reception. For certain rates or peak dates, prepayment may be required.
